Completing the SACE: Industry Pathways Programs

Vocational Education and Training in SACE:

It is common for students who gain the SACE to include some form of VET in their studies through SACE subjects and courses run by TAFE.

For more information of VET through SACE visit the
SACE website

The Department of Education and Children's Services (DECS), with support from the Future SACE office, runs the Industry Pathways Program. This program provides students with support towards the compulsory literacy and numeracy components of their SACE, while also giving them the opportunity to gain competencies for a recognised qualification within the Australian Qualifications Framework (up to Certificate III level.)
